Your data only Broadband Product is subject to availability at the exchange and upload and download speeds are dependent on the distance from the local exchange and in-house connections such as wiring, cabling and equipment. To get full speeds you will require a hard connection into a router as WIFI speeds can vary. If we can’t connect you to data only right now we shall offer you SOGEA (single order generic ethernet access) which is data only but fibre to the exchange and then copper to your premises. When full fibre becomes available and as long as you are connected to TNBN we shall offer you a free upgrade. Our service is data only and comes with no phone number or a phone line, instead a pure connected data circuit into broadband. If you are switching to a data only service with TNBN and only have access to a single Openreach phone line at your premises you will lose your phone number and any services on the line and will not be able to make or receive any phone calls unless you use a mobile or a VOIP / SIP / Wi-Fi service. If you are having a new connection to a data only service with TNBN and only have access to a single Openreach phone line at your premises you will not be provided with a landline telephone number as this is a data circuit. To make and receive calls you will need to use a mobile phone or a VOIP / SIP / Wi-Fi service. The contract for all TNBN broadband services is 18 months. All prices exclude VAT.
