Contract – 31 days rolling
We want all customers to feel happy and not tied into any long term contracts. Therefore, we offer our service on a 31 day rolling contract that will come into effect once you switch to TNBN. You may cancel at any time leading up to 48 hours before your connection date and may cancel at any time once connected by providing 31 days written notice by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by recorded delivery letter to our current address on the contact us page.

TNBN has a full code of practise with Ofcom. We are members of The Ombudsman Services. We have the recommended EU £5 liability insurance to operate within educational sites across the UK as well as holding £100,000 indemnity insurance.
