If a customer calls in we know we need to deal with it promptly no matter what it is. The other golden rule is that we always call the customer back and keep them in the loop. Treat others how you want to be treated is our in house motto. We understand that if we offer you a top service you can only pass along good information to others about us. As far as we know we are the only UK telecommuncations company to have never had a complaint filed against us with Ofcom since the day we started.
